The data collection module

YuKan, in collaboration with its customers and partners, has developed an innovative traceability module integrated into Glimpact technology. This module enables the collection of information from suppliers across the entire value chain, using a dynamic chain mechanism to ensure seamless data flow and transparency.

Data collection methods

Information is gathered through the platform’s online forms specifically tailored to each product category. These forms can be completed using three different methods:

This flexible setup allows part of the form to be pre-filled automatically via external systems, with the remaining fields completed manually by the supplier when necessary.
