⚡TL;DR

• 🧭 Refreshed onboarding tour: with updated visuals, clearer explanations, and now fully available in French. Can be relaunched anytime from the sidebar.
• 👑 New workspace role: Primary Owner, with extended rights to rename or delete a workspace. Available on request for existing workspaces.
• ⚙️ Mass actions for data collections: supervisors can now create or update multiple data collections at once, saving time for large-scale operations.

🎉 Big features

Brand new onboarding tour

We are introducing a brand new onboarding tour designed to guide new users more effectively through the platform. This updated tour includes refreshed visuals and clearer explanations to make the first experience smoother and more intuitive. Additionally, the onboarding tour is now available in French to better support our international users.

Looking ahead, we plan to extend this onboarding experience with new tours tailored for other pages and features within the product.

New workspace management capabilities

We’ve introduced a new role within workspace management: the Primary Owner. This role inherits all the permissions of a regular Workspace Owner but comes with additional critical capabilities, such as renaming or deleting a workspace.

This role will be automatically granted to the creators of new workspaces. If you wish to obtain this role for your existing workspace, please contact our team at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]@glimpact.com) for assistance.

Data collection mass creation

Data collection supervisors can now create multiple data collections simultaneously from a predefined configuration file. Documentation is available to guide you through the setup and usage of this new tool.

Data collection mass update

Data collection supervisors can now update several data collections at once, enabling them to perform actions such as applying custom instructions, changing reviewers, adding suppliers, disabling notifications, or adjusting due dates.

Timezone configuration

We’ve added two new parameters in the account settings to enhance personalisation and clarity when working across different regions. Users can now select their timezone to ensure that all dates and times displayed in the platform match their local context.

Additionally, users can choose their preferred time display format, either 12-hour or 24-hour, according to their personal habits.

🛠️ Fixes

• Alphabetical sorting now functions correctly in the “My Work” section of the homepage.
• Step 2 of the advanced entity export now properly displays the user selection.
• Long shortcut names are now properly cut in the navigation panel.
• Users from deleted workspaces are now automatically reassigned to their remaining active ones.
