As a supplier, you are invited by a company to fill in data on your materials, products, processes... This page is a complete description and explanation of what you will be asked to complete and do on the platform as a data supplier. In general, for most of our users 1 data collection = 1 single form = 1 product. A deadline will be assigned to each data collection, so you must complete it before the deadline.

The status and due dates tracking

Status and due date tracking allows you to view all the data collections assigned to you and to know their status and due date in order to manage priorities.

Status and due date tracking enables you to monitor all data collections, providing an overview of their current status and upcoming due dates. This feature helps you efficiently manage priorities and stay on top of deadlines.

Below are the various statuses and their corresponding meanings:

Status Purpose
New The data collection has been created and no information has yet been filled in. To be started.
Opened The dacta collection has started. Information are filled in. To be completed or submitted.
In review The data collection has been submitted by supplier. To be verified by the supervisor or the reviewer.
Completed The data collection has been validated by the supervisor or the reviewer.
Rejected The data reviewer or supervisor has rejected the data collection.
Validated The data collection has been validated by the data reviewer or the supervisor.
Expired The due date has been passed. All activity data fields are blocked.
Cancelled The data collection has been cancelled by the supervisor
Reopened The data collection has been reopened by the supervisor or the data reviewer.
