The workspace has different functionalities, some of them, like the footprint and ecodesign, have a main page in which you can organise with different folders and files.
The concept is similar to what you would have with a windows desktop however there are a few differences.
In the footprint and ecodesign functionalities you can organise your main page with different folders in which you can implement entities or other subfolders, and have different levels.
You can then navigate through the folders just like you would do on your laptop’s files:
Navigation in folders
To move 1 or several folders/entities from a folder to another, you can use the cut & paste action. You just have to click on the object you want to move and then on the action button on the right window:

You can also move an object to another folder using query actions, which we will discuss later.
Use filters to your advantage in order to easily find and entity or analysis case you are looking for. You can filter on multiple aspects. Filters are divided into 2 main categories:
General filters:
In which you can filter according to the entity or analysis main information (such as, name or tags)
ID filters:
In which you can filter according to a specific informatic id the exact entity or analysis case of your choice (or multiple by adding a coma in between 2 ids)
These filters can assist you in various tasks, such as modifying an analysis case , checking a product's results or export information.
Once you have a pre-filtered list of entities, you can execute various query actions on this filtered group. These actions include:
Update: Use this feature to modify metadata for your group of entities. You can change their brands, add or remove tags, or change authors.
Move to Folder: This is another method to relocate entities without using the cut and paste approach.
Evaluate: To evaluate the global impact of your entities list.
Delete: To delete your entities list
Export: To export information from your entities list.
