Advanced export

With the advanced export module, you can export all or part of your data from the platform, whether it’s input data or environmental results.

All exportable data:

Metadata

Activity data

Results

KPIs

1 · Select the product you want to export

There are two ways to select your products:

1 - Using filters

Click the three dots to the right of the “Entities” and “Import” buttons. Make sure you haven't selected any entities beforehand.
Enter the desired criteria in the filters to refine the export selection.

<aside> ℹ️ You can save your filter selection as a favorite so you can easily use it again. Saved selections can be marked as private (accessible only to you) or public (accessible to all users in the workspace).

2 - Manually

Manually select the desired entities.
Click the “Action” button to the right of the selection.
Click the “Advanced Export” button.

2 · Configure and download the export

After selecting the entities, the advanced export process consists of 3 steps:

✔️ Refine: You can remove certain filtered entities that are not relevant to your export selection.
🔧 Configure: A configuration step to define exactly which data to include in your export.
📥 Download: Once each step is complete, you can click the download button to obtain a file containing the filtered export of your entities.

This step gives you an overview of all the entities included in your analysis and that will be exported.

You can deselect entities to exclude them from the export.

Step 2: Configure the items to export 🔧

The configuration step allows you to precisely select the items to be included in your export and the export format.

Step 3: Download the export! 📥

When you're ready, you can click the “Advanced Export” button, which will take you to the final step: downloading the export!

Click “Click here to download” to download the configured export file. Your file will be downloaded to your computer.
